The Tell-Tale Heart-Essay In the story The Tell-Tale Heart, written by Edgar Allen Poe, the rupture kills his roommate, an elderer man. First, he shows by saying, for a whole hour I did not move a muscle. He does this because he thinks the grey man knows he is there. He thinks he is being persecuted, which fuddled to people dont feel. Next, he shows us by saying in an instant I dragged him to the floor and pulled the heavy bed all over him. He got this angry over an eye.

This shows he does not take hold appropriate emotional expression.
